BULLPIT FITNESS APPAREL
Expanding a local fitness brand from merchandise to a cohesive apparel collection.
Bullpit Fitness wanted to expand its existing merchandise with a stronger focus on women’s apparel while refreshing clothing across the brand. I developed the collection from garment selection and graphic design through final concepts and campaign visuals.

The Opportunity
Bullpit had an existing merchandise presence, but saw an opportunity to develop apparel that extended beyond traditional gym merchandise. They particularly wanted to develop women’s clothing and grow towards a lifestyle brand. I began by identifying specific garments by researching how members actually dress for training and everyday fitness and by researching the best material and clothing fit for women. The next step was creating a collection that could work cohesively across women’s and men’s apparel.
Apparel & Graphic Direction
Once the garment direction was established, I developed a flexible graphic system that could adapt across different silhouettes while maintaining a recognizable Bullpit identity. The collection pairs minimal logo applications with a new collegiate-inspired treatment that gives the apparel a fresh, lifestyle-driven direction. Bullpit’s original graphic was intentionally carried into select pieces as a vintage-inspired throwback, preserving a connection to the fitness center’s existing identity while allowing the collection to evolve.

The Collection
The resulting collection balances performance pieces with relaxed lifestyle silhouettes, creating variety while maintaining a recognizable visual language across the brand. Using Adobe Photoshop alongside AI-assisted image generation, I translated the apparel concepts into realistic mockups to explore fit, graphic placement, styling, and how the collection could live beyond individual product designs.

Visual Campaign Direction
From product concept to campaign
To bring the collection into a real-world brand context, I developed a visual campaign spanning training and lifestyle environments. The imagery combines dramatic gym photography with neutral, streetwear-inspired settings to show how the collection could live both inside and outside the gym.
